Soup Ingredients

46 Oz V-8 Juice
49 Oz Fat-Free, Reduced Sodium (or regular) Chicken Broth
9 Oz Package Three-Cheese Tortellini’s (from the refirgerated section)
1 Pkg Frozen Garden Vegetables: broccoli, carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers (or your favorite combination of vegetables)
8 Oz Cut Breen Beans
8 Oz Garbanzo Beans
8 Oz Kidney Beans
8 Oz Hebrew National All Beef Salami (sliced & cut into strips) or your favorite sausage

Patty’s Quick & Easy Tortellini, Bean, And Vegetable Soup Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot, cover.
  2. Bring to boil, then simmer until pasta and vegetables are done (approximately 10-15 Minutes).
  3. Garnish with: Grated Parmesan and/or Romano Cheese to taste and Fresh Chopped Basil.

Recipe notes

Vegetarians can omit the Salami or Sausage.
