This recipe has been around for many years but I rearranged a few of the ingredients to make it less dependent on seasonal fruit and lettuce.
1 Orange |
2 cups Diced, unpeeled apple |
1 tsp Finely grated orange peel |
1/2 cup Raisins |
1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery |
1/2 cup Thinly sliced green bell pepper |
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup Mayonnaise |
1 tbl Sugar |
2 cups Mixed greens or romaine lettuce |
