Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

For 4 Serving(s)

Salad

3 lbs Cooked (preferably grilled) chicken, cut into chunks or shredded
1 lg bag Salad mix
1 sm bag Blanched slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 cup Toasted sesame seeds
2 pkg Chicken Ramen noodles – crunch up noodles
1/3 cup Slivered almonds

Marinade

1/2 cup Oil (I use Canola)
3/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Chopped green onion
Dash of grated ginger root
Dash of soy sauce

Chinese Chicken Salad Directions

  1. Marinate chicken for several hours in large bowl.
  2. Combine and toss all ingredients together and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
