This was adapted from my a friend's mother's recipe, very yummy, filling and can be varied with whatever veggies you like.
White or Red Potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters |
Carrots |
Green Peppers |
Mushrooms |
Celery |
Onions |
Spices (basil, parsley, oregano, garlic whatever you prefer) |
1 can tomato soup |
Optional: Crushed tomatoes |
Use as many vegetables as you need to fit the chosen casserole dish:
