| 1 8 1/4oz box yellow cake mix, divided |
| 2 lg eggs |
| 1 cup all-purpose flour |
| 1 21oz can cherry pie filling |
| 5 tbsp margarine, melted |
Pam's Cherry Coffee Cake Directions
- Mix 1 1/2 cups cake mix with eggs, water, and flour.
- Beat for 2 minutes.
- Spread into a greased 13”x 9” pan.
- Top with pie filling.
- In a separate bowl, mix remaining cake mix with margarine until mixture is crumbly: sprinkle on top of pie filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
