This a high protein, low carb, low calorie dish. Figure about 8 ounces pre-cooked weight to determine amount to be served per person.
This can be prepared on a char broiler or in the oven. For either, turn on the heat now, char broiler to high, oven to 350.
1 whole salmon fillet, with or without skin on |
5 lemons, sliced thin (Cut off both ends and do not use) |
Granulated Garlic or garlic powder |
Whole oregano OR basil |
Dill weed |
Black or white pepper |
