This is a co-ed, clothing-optional yoga class held on the first and third Sunday of every month at a yoga studio in Altadena.

All classes are 1½ hours and take place from 9:30 – 11:00 AM.

For a class to be held, a minimum of five students are needed. Advanced registration is required.

It's Time for the Big Game!

This is a football fan's home and thus is a great place to watch a game (particularly if you are a Pittsburg Steelers supporter.) It also has a very nice heated swimming pool with a view of the TV so one need not miss a play — or a commercial.

Chili and Soup Cookoff!

Once again we are going to enjoy a spectacular collection of competition-quality soups and chilis. We have survived this before and we can certainly do it again. Prepare in advance your best dish and bring it with all needed accompaniments (e.g. onions, cheese, crackers, etc.) and serving utensils (e.g. crock-pot and ladle) for entry into either the soup contest or the chili contest. Due to limited kitchen space no cooking may be done at the party! Plugs will be available to keep your crock pots heated.

Chili and Soup contest winners will be awarded just before the game begins. Winners get a prize!

If you are not bringing a soup or chili, please bring another potluck dish suitable for the occasion, like salad, snacks, or dessert.

This is a yoga class for men only, held monthly at a yoga studio in Canoga Park.

All classes take place on Saturday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30 AM.

This is a casual gathering for the women of SCNA and their guests. They call themselves the Dragonfly Ladies because a curious dragonfly once joined them at the pool. This is an opportunity for women to meet and chat about whatever they like, without having men present. This is a great opportunity to invite a female friend who is curious about social nudity, but may prefer a gentle introduction.

The plan is a shellfish lunch in Pasadena, followed by exploration and shopping in Old Town, or a return to Altadena for some spa time.

Attendees are asked to bring a potluck dish to share with the group, whether it's a main dish, side dish, salad or dessert. BYO Beverages, but please drink responsibly. Also, please let us know what you will bring when you make your RSVP, so we can avoid duplication.

Are you a movie fan?

If so, you are cordially invited to attend an Academy Awards^® Viewing Party in Altadena on Sunday evening!

Black tie and tails are encouraged for Gentlemen, and gloves and/or tiaras for the Ladies, but all clothing is optional!

Those who RSVP will be sent a ballot along with their Confirmation Notice, so you can try and pick the winners! A prize will be given to the person with the most correct guesses!

The official broadcast will start at 5 pm, but the pool and jacuzzi will be open before, and during the broadcast. Popcorn will be served during the broadcast.

This party is FREE, but a donation for the SCNA is appreciated!
