Saturday, June 18, 10 am – Sunday, June 19, 5:00 pm
This will be a family event combined with NitOC, San Diego's Camping Bares and Inland Empire Nudist Club. All naturists are welcome.
We will hike down to the Hot Springs around 10 am on Saturday.
Camping at the Hot Springs themselves is not permitted by San Bernadino National Forest regulations so we will hike out around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday to give us time to set up camp at the Deep Creek Campground. Tent or small trailers or RVs are OK. There are now pit toilets, shower and water, a five minute walk from the campsites. Whether hiking for the day or camping overnight, make sure to bring everything you need.
The Deep Creek Hot Springs Campground charges $10 per person for overnight stays and $5 additional if you stay past checkout time next day (11 am). The entire campground is clothing optional. Nudity is fine at the camping spots and on the trail down to the hot springs. This is a clothing optional event! You may pay online in advance a few days before the event at this website.

If you do not wish to camp but would like to join the group for the Saturday or Sunday hike feel free to do so. In this case you may want to park at the Bowen Ranch that charges only $5 per person for day use. The hike down to the trail is moderate if you are in fair shape. It is 1.9 miles long with a 970-foot drop in elevation. That means up hill on the way back! There are only a couple of steeper sections (no rock climbing) and one area that is washed out and requires a little scrambling down and up. It is not handicapped accessible! Feel free to visit http://www.DeepCreekVolunteers.com for photos of the trail and detailed directions to the Bowen Ranch.
