Southern California Naturist Association Events and Activities

Class includes slow stretching exercises of every muscle of the body for the first 30 minutes. Next, we will progress to very basic/beginners yoga asanas (poses) for 30 minutes. All levels of fitness experience are welcomed (from beginner to advanced). These classes are especially useful for people who suffer from low self-esteem and poor body image because it is done in a safe, nurturing environment. But it is open to anyone who wishes to discover an entirely new way of looking at your own body, spiritually and physically.

Friends of Bates Beach hosts a dinner meeting in Carpinteria on the third Tuesday each month (April through September) to plan our activities for the coming month.
