Southern California Naturist Association Events and Activities

This is a men-only class. It will start with a 15 minute stretch warm-up, followed by exercises that will include:

• squats
• dips
• abs
• planks
• glute work
• chest presses
• arms

Note: You must be completely able to work intensely. If you have a pre-existing injury that may prevent your complete participation then please contact our Certified instructor at malenakedyoga@gmail.com ahead of the date.

Procedures for this class include:

• 1) wearing a mask
• 2) signing a release of liability waiver
• 3) Class size will be limited to 9 guys to ensure social distancing.

Please note that the teacher has other students that are not part of this Meetup group, so contact him soon if you want to attend, as the class will fill up fast due to the limited size.

This is a co-ed, clothing-optional yoga class held on the first and third Sunday of every month at a yoga studio in Altadena.

All classes are 1½ hours and take place from 9:30 – 11:00 AM.

For a class to be held, a minimum of five students are needed. Advanced registration is required.

Come improve your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being with other naturists in a comfortable, affirming environment.

We have planned several different Nude Summer Games that will test your strength, endurance, competitiveness, sportsmanship, and sense of humor — the first, second, and third place overall winners will receive a medal, as does the wining club! These games are fun for the whole family; serious athletic ability is not required.

The games are divided between team sports and individual games of skill. They will occur in the pool, around the pool, and in other nearby areas of the park.

Dinner will be served for an additional fee. The price and menu are yet to be announced. Sign up for dinner in the café. The awards ceremony will take place after dinner.

• At 11:00 we will meet on the club patio to deliver instructions to all participants.
• SCNA members wishing to participate (or watch) must RSVP to us at (818) 225-2273 by 8/15 so we can give Olive Dell a list for their office.
• Bring your SCNA membership card to check in at the gate.
• Please bring a folding chair to sit on!

Each month SCNA hosts dinner and discussion groups at public restaurants around the greater Los Angeles area. These clothed events are a way to introduce people to naturism and the SCNA. We also take this opportunity to pass along the latest news affecting nudists in our region and beyond.

Since we need to get to know each other before we can invite you to one of our clothing-optional events, you must first attend one of these meet-up dinners.

Friends of Bates Beach and SCNA hold a meeting each month (March through October) to plan our activities for North Rincon Beach. It is the primary coordination time for the Beach Ambassador program, community relations, and beach events.

This is also a way to introduce new people to naturism and the nude beach culture, to dispel mistaken impressions that people may have about us. Anyone with a sincere interest in discussing naturist issues is welcome.
