Dragonfly Ladies Gathering
Saturday, October 3, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location:
Cost:
This is a casual gathering for the women of SCNA and their guests. They call themselves the Dragonfly Ladies
because a curious dragonfly once joined them at the pool. This is an opportunity for women to meet and chat about whatever they like, without having men present. This is a great opportunity to invite a female friend who is curious about social nudity, but may prefer a gentle introduction.
The details for this gathering (time, location, and activities) are still being worked out, but it is always a fun and interesting event.
Attendees are asked to bring a potluck dish to share with the group, whether it's a main dish, side dish, salad or dessert. BYO Beverages, but please drink responsibly. Also, please let us know what you will bring when you make your RSVP, so we can avoid duplication.
Please RSVP by email to scna@socalnaturist.org, or leaving a message at 818-225-2273.

SCNA Introductory Online Meetup
Tuesday, October 13, 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Location:
Each month SCNA hosts discussion groups in the greater Los Angeles area. These events are a way to introduce people to naturism and the SCNA. We also take this opportunity to pass along the latest news affecting nudists in our region and beyond.
Since we need to get to know each other before we can invite you to one of our clothing-optional events, you must first attend one of these meet-ups.
Anyone with a sincere interest in naturism is welcome. All questions are appreciated. We look forward to meeting you.
To help protect everyone's health during the current emergency, this event will be held in an online format.

Fall Nude Bowling
Sunday, October 18, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Location:
Cost:
Price includes shoes. Advance payment required.
As before, we have rented out the entire bowling center for this event. It has complete privacy from the street and nobody will be there but us for those 3 hours.
The $20 is required to attend (even if you don’t bowl), which is cheaper than if you went to a clothed bowling event and rented shoes, ate food, etc. The cost includes shoes.
This will be a finger food pot luck event, with the bowling center providing water, soft drinks, and beer and wine for a nominal sum. They have no kitchen or refrigerator available so any food you bring must be prepared in advance (bring a cooler if your food must be kept chilled.)
We will have prizes for best scores.
Important! We need a head count of who is coming as the have to limit the number of people to 50. We need the full name of any non-SCNA member at least 36 hours in advance so that we can do our background checks.
Please RSVP to SCNA, email scna@socalnaturist.org or call 818 225-2273 (818 CAL BARE)

Halloween Party Online!
Saturday, October 31, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location:
Cost:
We may not be able to get together in person but join us online to show off your best Halloween costume and your scariest dance moves! Everyone can vote for their favorite costume and dancer, which doesn’t necessarily have to be the same person! Winners will receive some cool prizes!
In addition, we’ll have an online 50/50 Raffle. Buy your tickets via PayPal on the SCNA website. Tickets are the same as usual, 1 for $1, 6 for a $5 donation. For every ticket you purchase, your name will be added to an online Wheel of Names that we’ll spin that night. The winner will get 50% of the pot and the SCNA portion goes to support the club. No need to be present for the spin, but it will be online so those logged in will be able to see it.
But wait, that’s not all! There will be some great consolation prizes for others on the Wheel of Names also! We’re doing this early enough in the evening so if you have a real Halloween party that you’re brave enough to attend, you can still make it. And if you’re going to stay home anyway, join us online. Just don’t forget to get dressed when you answer the door for trick or treaters! Join us from your desktop, laptop, or smartphone at: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/256204693
