7-LAYER GUACAMOLE DIP

This dip is super easy and a beautiful dish to entertain with. I have a big colorful platter that I put it on. It's always a hit!!

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream
1 cup your favorite salsa
1 cup lettuce (iceberg or romaine, finely chopped or shreaded)
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup Mexican blend cheese
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
4 ounces sliced olives
Chili Powder (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep Time: approximately 10 minutes.

Into a 12-inch round bowl, spread a level layer according to each of the steps below:

Level 1 (bottom): Spread refriend beans.
Level 2: Spread guacamole.
Level 3: Spread Salsa.
Level 4: Spread sour creame.
Level 5: Spread finely grated lettuce.
Level 6: Spread tomatoes
Level 7 (top): Mix green onions, cheese, and olives together in a separate bowl, then spread to make the top layer. Sprinkle chili powder to taste.

Serve with your favorite dipping chips (this is enough for about 12 people eating a normal-sized serving of chips)
