BRUSCHETTA

INGREDIENTS:

Combine:
• 3 chopped tomatoes grown on the vine
• ½ cup basil
• 1 clove of garlic
• Tablespoon of olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Bread:
Brush bread with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese
Put bread in oven for 15 minutes at 450
Spoon bruschetta on top of bread
