PAM'S CHERRY COFFEE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

One 8 1/4 oz. yellow cake mix, divided
2 eggs, large
1 cup all-purpose flour
21-oz. can cherry pie filling
5 tablespoons margarine, melted

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep Time: approximately 1 hour.

1. Mix 1 1/2 cups cake mix with eggs, water, and flour.

2. Beat for 2 minutes.

3. Spread into a greased 13”x 9” pan.

4. Top with pie filling.

5. In a separate bowl, mix remaining cake mix with margarine until mixture is crumbly: sprinkle on top of pie filling.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Serves: 4
