INGREDIENTS:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage
2 cups chopped onions
2 cans 15oz diced tomatoes ( undrained) or 1 28oz any flavor I used Italian style
2 15.5oz cans kidney beans w/jalapenos( undrained)
2 15oz cans spicy chili beans (hot)
2 26.5oz cans Hunts Zesty & spicy spagetti sauce
2 15oz jars chili sauce
1 6oz can sliced black olives (or diced)
1 10oz can Ro-tel diced tomatoes & green chilis
1 4oz can diced jalapenos
1 package Lawry's chili spices and seasoning
1 package Lawrys hot taco seasoning
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons Gebhart chili powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prep Time: approximately 10 hours.
1. Cook beef, sausage, and onions in 12 -inch skillet or 4 qt dutch oven over medium-high heat about 10 minutes stirring
occasionally until beef and sausage are brown: drain.
2. Mix meat mixture and remaining ingedients in 5-6 qt slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8-10 hours or until chili is hot and bubbly.
4. Chili will hold on low heat setting up to 2 hours
