CHEF'S NOTES AND COMMENTS:
For best results, recipe that should be made a day ahead of serving, but it can be made up to 8 hours ahead.

INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
1 package (8 oz) of 1/3 fat free cream cheese
¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 prepared chocolate Oreo crust
1 pint of fresh strawberries
2-6 tablespoons of hot fudge topping
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prep Time: approximately 9 hours.
1. Mix filling ingredients above together until creamy
2. Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture.
3. Spoon into a prepared chocolate Oreo crust.
4. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve:
5. Slice the strawberries onto the top of the pie.
6. Melt the fudge in microwave.
7. Drizzle the hot fudge over the strawberries.
8. Optional: Serve with additional whipping cream.
