INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds lean ground beef
¼ cup olive oil
1 large green pepper, blended
2 Tbsp. Badia Complete Seasoning Mix
6 ripe tomatoes, blended or 1 cup tomato sauce
¼ cup Badia capers
¼ green olives
½ cup Badia raisins
1 cup cooking wine
1 cup early peas with its liquid
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prep Time: approximately 45 minutes.
1. Mix all ingredients, except early peas, in a pot with hot oil.
2. Stir well, cover and cook over medium heat for thirty minutes.
3. To reduce sauce, uncover and cook longer.
4. Add the early peas before serving.
