GRANDMA ANDERSON'S FUDGE

CHEF'S NOTES AND COMMENTS:

This is a family favorite going back several generations. I am happy to share it with the world!

INGREDIENTS:

3.6 oz package of chocolate chips (semi sweet)
1 pt. marshmallow cream
3 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups nuts
1 cup butter (do not cook)
4 ½ cups sugar
1 Tall can evaporated milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep Time: approximately 30 minutes.

1. Boil sugar and milk 15 minutes (watch and stir so it does not burn)

2. Pour over other ingredients and mix by hand.

3. Pour everything into a butter pan and cool.

4. Cut into pieces and serve.

Serves 8 (or 2 kids if your back is turned!)
