HOLIDAY APPETIZER (EDIBLE) TREE

INGREDIENTS:

2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 envelope dry Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
12-inch plastic foam cone
Heavy plastic wrap
10 oz. package bite sized square crackers
2 jars pimento-stuffed olives
1 can large ripe olives
Cherry tomatoes
Wooden toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep Time: approximately 30 minutes.

1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese & dry Italian dressing until well blended. Set aside.

2. Cover plastic foam cone completely in several layers of plastic wrap.

3. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese mixture over plastic-covered cone.

4. Sprinkle on chopped fresh parsley.

5. Decorate tree with alternating rows of crackers, olives & tomatoes.

6. Use toothpicks to secure veggies to the tree.

Serves: An entire party!
