MICROWAVE BUNDT CAKE

CHEF'S NOTES AND COMMENTS:

People are always trying to figure out a way to cook a cake without using their oven. After some experimentation, I discovered how to make a delicious bundt cake using my microwave. Here are the settings.

INGREDIENTS:

Favorite cake mix
One container of frosting
Microwavable stoneware bundt pan

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep Time: approximately 25 minutes.

1. Take your favorite cake mix, and follow instructions on package to create pourable mixture.
2. Pour mix into a stoneware microwavable bundt cake pan.
3. Open frosting, mix it a bit in the container, and spoon over raw cake mix in pan.
4. Place stoneware in microwave uncovered for approximately 12 minutes.
5. Let cake sit in microwave for another 5 minutes.
6. Loosen sides and middle with a knife a little, and invert the cake on a cake plate; cake will be very hot.
7. Serve by itself, or with your favorite ice-cream.
