VEGETABLE BAR APPETIZERS

INGREDIENTS:

2 Tubes of Crescent Rolls:
3/4 cup of mayonnaise (I like Best Foods)
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eight oz. packages of cream cheese
1 package of dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup raw veggies (your choice - I use carrots, tomatoes, & broccoli)
1 cup finely grated cheddar/jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions

DIRECTIONS:

1. Unroll the Crescent Rolls and press out flat on a cookie sheet.
2. Bake as directed or until golden brown (probably a shorter time, since they are flat).
3. Let cool.
4. In a bowl, mix together the , mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, and Ranch Dressing.
5. Spread mixture on cooled crust
6. Mix together the veggies (carrots, tomatoes, & broccoli) and sprinkle over the top of filling.
7. Lightly sprinkle the grated cheddar/jack cheese over the top
8. Top everything with the chopped green onions.
9. Gently press this last layer until nice and flattened.
10. Chill for about an hour, then cut into small squares
