LABOR DAY WEEKEND, 2007
September, 2007 - SCNA member Mark Crosby visited Black’s Beach over Labor Day weekend. He said the weather was perfect and contrasted it to the 100+ degree weather we were suffering further inland. Using the directions posted on our club web site he took the North-to-South route, which is a longer walk than taking the goat trail (but, he says, is far easier on the legs). He found his way down to the nude beach section quite easily and met up with the Black’s Beach Bares group that acts as the unofficial overseers of the beach there.
He took a lot of photos of the gorgeous scenery but, following proper nude etiquette, he deliberately chose camera angles where he would not accidentally include other people in the photograph who could be recognized. He sent us several of these photos, and we reproduce them here to share with the rest of the club.
